Supplier Management:

Supplier Commitment: Before collaboration, suppliers are required to sign the Supplier Commitment Letter and follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, honesty, and integrity.

Ethics Training:

The Human Resources department arranges business conduct and professional ethics training for all employees to promote and enforce these principles, ensuring both suppliers and employees operate in a sound business ethics environment.

Human Rights Compliance:

We are committed to protecting employees’ human rights with reference to internationally recognized standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We uphold principles against discrimination, forced labor, and child labor, and maintain a strong business ethics environment.

Conflict Minerals Free:

We declare and commit not to accept metals sourced from conflict mining areas. Suppliers are also required to follow our procurement policy to ensure legitimate material origins and eliminate the use of conflict minerals.
